The link with Brokercloud is active can be used from today. The link can be made very easily between Brokercloud and TelSmart, for this you just need a login and password for our Flexy mobile or desktop application and the link can be made.
Configuration
Brokercloud portal
Step 1: Go to the brokercloud portal to log in, in order to create the link with TelSmart.
Clients should log in with their user credentials at brokercloud.
Step 2: Once logged into the brokercloud portal, you will see the following home page.
Step 2.1: To create the link you need to press your initials at the top right and choose settings.
Step 3: Under settings, under the user tab, choose TelSmart.
Step 3.1: After this, click set integration.
Step 4: You will be redirected to the next page. Here it is going to retrieve the data of the user logged in to MyTelSmart on this computer. If you see a user listed here that is not your user please go to: portal.telsmart.eu and login the user. After this you will be able to choose your own login at Step 4.1.
Step 4.1: If you are not logged in to the MyTelSmart portal you will get the pop-up below to log in now with your user credentials from Flexy Mobile or Flexy Desktop.
Step 5: Once the link is made you will get the calls in on the brokercloud portal.
